The Westin Istanbul Nisantasi Hotel

The location of the hotel is superb, with the bustling shopping streets of Nisantasi just a short walk away. The reception staff, particularly Hamza and Devrim, were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcomed. The room we chose had a beautiful view of the city and was clean and modern. The bathroom amenities were replenished promptly, and the staff like Mohammed and Darwesh quickly assisted with any requests. The little garden tucked away in the back was a delightful oasis. a satisfying stay.

The food service could be improved. It took multiple calls and a long time to receive basic items like tissues and water.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely fantastic, providing top-notch service and fulfilling all of my luxurious needs. From the receptionists who allowed me to choose my room to the friendly staff in the bar and restaurant area, I felt truly pampered.

While this was a bit inconvenient for my schedule, it did not detract from the overall luxury experience at this hotel.

The daily cleaning of the room, especially the bathroom, was not thorough. The bathroom amenities were not replenished daily and I had to ask for them to be replenished.

There were some teething problems with a new hotel, such as breakfast ending at 11 am and limited evening menu options after 11 pm. the rooms were not soundproof enough, and noise from neighboring guests and housekeeping disturbed our sleep.

As adults, we loved the helpful and friendly staff, especially Hamza and Devrim at the reception. The bar and restaurant staff were also very attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, walking distance to the shopping streets of Nisantasi. We also adored the beautiful garden tucked away in the back.

Felt like treated like royalty, no complaints whatsoever.
