The location of the hotel is superb, with the bustling shopping streets of Nisantasi just a short walk away. The reception staff, particularly Hamza and Devrim, were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcomed. The room we chose had a beautiful view of the city and was clean and modern. The bathroom amenities were replenished promptly, and the staff like Mohammed and Darwesh quickly assisted with any requests. The little garden tucked away in the back was a delightful oasis. a satisfying stay.
The food service could be improved. It took multiple calls and a long time to receive basic items like tissues and water.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely fantastic, providing top-notch service and fulfilling all of my luxurious needs. From the receptionists who allowed me to choose my room to the friendly staff in the bar and restaurant area, I felt truly pampered.
While this was a bit inconvenient for my schedule, it did not detract from the overall luxury experience at this hotel.

The location is excellent for shopping. The hotel is new, modern, and chic. It is a Marriott Bonvoy hotel. The staff, including Hamza and Devrim, were helpful at reception. The doormen were super friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The receptionist was friendly and kind, great to choose our room and check it before settling in. The staff, including Mohammed and Darwesh Ulger, were helpful, assisting us with our luggage and purchases. The hotel's location is perfect for shoppers, close to popular shopping areas. The hotel itself is modern and chic, and we loved the beautiful little garden tucked away in the back. The doormen were also super friendly and cute. We had an amazing first experience and would definitely book again.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who gave us the chance to choose our room and check it before settling in. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of the shopping streets. Another advantage of the hotel was its modern and chic decor, which added to the overall experience.
The daily cleaning of the room, especially the bathroom, was not thorough. The bathroom amenities were not replenished daily and I had to ask for them to be replenished.

The staff at Westin were attentive and accommodating. They allowed us to choose our room and ensured it was perfect before we settled in. The receptionist had a cute smile and understood all our needs. The Egyptian staff member, Mohammed, provided us with the ideal room and his warm smile was a bonus. The doormen were also super friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent, within walking distance of the vibrant Nisantasi shopping streets. The hotel itself is new, modern, and chic, making it a great choice for my stay in Istanbul. The little hidden garden at the back was a lovely surprise. I had an amazing experience and would definitely book at Westin again.
There were some teething problems with a new hotel, such as breakfast ending at 11 am and limited evening menu options after 11 pm. the rooms were not soundproof enough, and noise from neighboring guests and housekeeping disturbed our sleep.

As adults, we loved the helpful and friendly staff, especially Hamza and Devrim at the reception. The bar and restaurant staff were also very attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, walking distance to the shopping streets of Nisantasi. We also adored the beautiful garden tucked away in the back.
Felt like treated like royalty, no complaints whatsoever.
